Battery bin

Incoming battery cells are loaded through the battery cell bin, with the battery cell arranged in a 2X24 array in the bin, totaling 48 battery cells per bin

Battery cell bin

The battery cell bin is processed by injection molding. Common bin sizes are 880mm×620mm (battery cell pitch 25mm) / 660mm×546mm (battery cell pitch 19mm)  

Conveyance and grasping

The battery cell bin is conveyed through the conveyor line, automatically positioned and scanned. The manipulator grabs the battery cells in sequence and places them on the battery cell sorting tray. The tray conveys the battery cells step by step. At the corresponding grades, the manipulator grabs and places them in the corresponding grade battery cell bins
